Exchanges

We offer an exchange-only policy for eligible items.

To request an exchange, please contact us at bloomyofficial@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject line: Exchange Request and include the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for exchange
  • Item details (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Items must be returned within 7 days (UK) and 14 days (International) after receiving the return instructions.

Important Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • We do not take responsibility for lost or unsuccessful return shipments
  • Returned items will be inspected before approval
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued
